And one day when I was struggling like that and trying in vain to learn something, I met Pája who took me under his wing and taught me everything I know today. I can highly recommend it. I started intensive training with Pavlik 3-5 times a week, where he helped me a lot at first with motivation not to give up. He didn't let up and with his friendly personality he always helped me to accomplish the given day. It was actually fun to be there with him. He taught me how to properly understand the importance of diet in the weight loss process, how to count my protein and watch my values (he checked my daily intake every day). I liked that he doesn't just go by rote exercises, but figures out what can be "squeezed" out of a given machine and find the exercise most manageable for me at a given part. When my knee was hurting, he dealt with it and we were able to keep practicing. It was hard work, fun, and a lot of guesswork, but we accomplished our goal. Hi, I would like to say that with Pavel I prepared for two races I had weight problems and I needed to lose some weight and have strength at the same time. I enjoy training with Pavel because he knows what he's doing and he tells the person what he thinks and there is no reason to fool around, he can create a real and wild hype so that you can get a proper failure and result during the training which I plan to fulfill and often you would be surprised that Pavel can take you beyond the limits where you can't get yourself. I highly recommend it !

So it started with Pavel, when I was living in Prague for a year and I was going to Victoria fitness gym, so he approached me after about a month, when I was going there and we met regularly. At that point, I was also looking for more discipline and a new way to approach my workouts, so we kind of threw the word around and agreed that he would train me. I was a little skeptical at first because I knew Paul, but I had no idea he had made it this far in his knowledge of fitness culture and health. He immediately began to address with me what I eat, how much I am able to pay for food and supplements such as vitamins and minerals. Most of all, I have to highlight the individual and human approach, with the ability to talk about anything and somehow adjust the workouts together given the time available. The training sessions were always done in such a way that we agreed beforehand what we would train and what I am weaker in and therefore we would put more emphasis on it. After a few training sessions I understood that they were really serious about me and I felt that we were going more than 100%. Although I have recently disappeared from Prague, but I would definitely recommend Pavel. To this day, we keep in touch about diet and consultations including workouts and how I'm doing. So in the end I can't say anything other than I RECOMMEND Pavel and as a trainer he is first class.

Pavel is a great personal trainer with excellent knowledge and a professional approach. His deep understanding of fitness, conditioning and nutrition is evident from the first meeting. He took ample time to discuss my goals, previous exercise regime and eating habits. This helped me get a customized exercise and eating plan that fit my individual needs. Paul is very motivating and was able to help me push past my limits. His exercise programs are well structured, relevant and fun at the same time.
